Signed up for a contract on the 17th, chose click and collect at local store, Got the email to say it will be there to collect on the 20th, so today. They took the upfront payment on the 17th. I haven't had a dispatch email or anything to say it arrived, Called the store and they said it wasn't there.
Just wondering if you click and collect do they email on the day it arrives or the day before?
Not sure if it's on it's way, not coming at all, if I have been accepted or not or if I'm coming or going lol.. If I click to track the order it just takes me back to the 02 home page.
