Chicken bacon and leek pie.

Cook 3 leeks (finely chopped) with 150 grams of bacon lardons and 500 grams of chicken breast. Mix in a tub of sour cream, a tub of cream cheese, a tablespoon of mustard, a chicken stock cube and a teaspoon of garlic.

Season to taste.

Cover with a puff pastry lid and bake until golden.
