To just go for a nap? I don’t really need one

I’m in a bit of a holding pattern.
I work Mondays and Tuesdays
Need to pick kids up at 3
Just pottered yesterday didn’t do much
Today I was supposed to meet someone for lunch but they cancelled.
I am a bit bored and like a nap so thought I would go up for a sleep.
I get lot of leisure time, have a cleaner, dog walker came today as was supposed to be out. I’ve practised my instrument. Did a bit of weeding. Big jobs are to clean the carpets and start planting up the garden but it’s probably two weeks too early in the year to do either.
AIBU to have a nap as I am a bit bored and lazy? It’s a
bit sad isn’t it.
I have a busier day tomorrow and weekend ahead, on my own with kids.

Well I hope you did OP. No need to feel guilty about having a nap. I think if it was me I would lay in bed with a book. Lush!

It is always good to take a rest when you can. Life shouldn't be all rush rush rush. Take a breather when you can.

I have a nap every day I'm not working, love it.
