It's usually the opposite problem!
I'm early 30s, I have got a BMI of 20.9 which I know is not underweight, but I'm 5'7 and wearing a size 6.
I've lost 2kg since last year, not through trying but I'm in a very active job where I don't sit down much and I think it's due to that.
I just think I'd look better with an extra 2-3lbs, I can definitely see weight loss in my face.
Or am I being daft?
Planning to have an extra 300 calories a day for a couple of weeks and see how that goes.
