Tell me what to bake!

Afternoon everybody.

DD2 and I are having a baking day today. We have the ingredients for pretty much everything as I do bake / cook often.

My work have a bake sale tomorrow for cancer research and I'm looking to bring something in a little unusual but very tasty.

So far today I have made:
Apple and cinnamon blondies
Lemon drizzle cake.

These were SO easy to make! They're setting in the fridge so haven't tried one yet. Will post a pic when I get them out!

Anzacs are generally chewy, or crunchy (depending on recipe)- the latter being lovely dunked. They are also egg and can be made dairy free 😋
