I've struggled with puffy eyes for the longest time and so always look tired. I've tried jade rollers, cold compress but not much changes. I do suffer with hayfever but honestly the puffiness is all year round and I do feel bothered about it because I don't look like how I feel in my photos and also, the puffiness creates shadows so makeup doesn't sit well under my eyes ( not that I am good at concealing anyway)
