Girls football residential summer camp

My daughter would like to do a football summer camp, ideally residential, she is 16. We have seen a few that are around £2,000 - this is beyond what we were hoping to pay..

Any suggestions!!

There is a four day one at Sedbergh School for about £550. Its residential. She'd be one of the oldest ones there though which might put her off.

Thanks @msmatcha .. that would be perfect bit it's to 15... and she will be 16...

Now looking at some other options.. hiking and multisports nearer to home.

She has never wanted to do camps and now has decided she might be missing out and wants to give it a go..

I was just wondering if you found a football camp in the end? I’m in the same boat with my daughter, she’s 14 and most of the camps have told me they take girls up to 14 but usu they don’t have any girls older than 13….

@ThePoisedOtter ... sorry.. saw this and forgot to reply. She went to a Barcelona camp and loved it!! We live in Switzerland and they ran one near us.... there were humdreds of very young boys but thankfully two girls only groups and enough older girls to make it worth while. Talented players and she LOVED the coaching especially because they were female and part of the Barcelona team structure, players at some level. Sadly, it is not happening this year..
