My DD aged 4 loves Deadliest Catch. She'll be happily colouring a picture or the like, my DP will put Deadliest Catch on and she will sit there transfixed!

I used to love watching Deadliest Catch!

Man vs Food for me. Not as keen on the episodes with the new presenter but the original ones with Adam Richman I watch over and over. Even went to one of restaurants featured when I went to American about 10 years ago (Gino’s East Pizza in Chicago, worth the transatlantic flight alone!)

My 6 year old loves Saving Lives at Sea. He doesn't seek it out but if he's ever about and it's on he gets totally glued to it.

When my girl was about 7 (almost 15 now) she liked Police Intercepters. So did half her primary school it seems because they used to play it in the playground (basically "cops and robbers" chase).

DD nearly 9 likes Is it Cake, Baking Impossible and Jamie's 30/15 minute meals.
