Pressure cooker pulled pork help

Hoping I can get a bit of help. I'm cooking 4 pounds of spare rib chops. The butcher said I can use it for pulled pork. Can anyone tell me how to cook it in the pressure cooker ? Thank you

I don't know if this helps, but I cooked a pulled pork joint in my slow cooker yesterday (10 hours) really successful and inexpensive

I don't have 10 hours 😅. May give it a go when I can though see if it's any different

I haven’t used chops before. I cube shoulder pork, make a rub with cayenne, cumin, brown sugar and a little mustard powder. Rub into the meat and marinade for as long as you can. I brown it off in a pan, then deglaze the pan with about a mug of stock. Throw it in pressure cooker, meat, stock and a bottle of bbq sauce. Pressure for about an hour.

Thank you. I have just done that. I cheated though and bought a marinade. And added stock . Could not he bothered today.

Be careful with bought marinade or bbq sauces. The thickeners and sugars can cause a burn notice.

Hope it turned out ok
