Dog has chewed firestick remote -what do I do?

Stupid question I'm assuming but my dog has chewed my firestick remote and it's not working
Can I just buy a replacement remote ?
How do I use it now ?

You can buy new ones on Amazon.

You can buy new ones from Amazon in the mean time though, there's an app you can download that allows you to use your phone as the remote

I would use the app but the majority of the time it's gonna be my grandad using it so doesn't have a smart phone if I'm out

Our toddler broke ours but it also works with our existing tv remote happily! Obviously not the voice command bit but we never used that anyway.
