1 tog baby sleeping bag

This is all I could find recently. Her usual 2.5 tog is covered in poo and don't think I'll get it dry in time for tonight. What should dd be wearing under a 1 tog bag ? The room is around 19-20 degrees Thanks

I'd dress her in a long sleeve body suit and a sleeper suit. Probably add a blanket depending on her age, tucked in at the sides so not loose.

She is 6 months. That all seems a lot? I do worry about her getting too warm

I usually go by this but I’d dress my 13 month old in a vest and sleepsuit in a room that temperature with a 1.0 tog sleeping bag. She’s currently in a 1.5 tog and wearing the same underneath, the room is 18 and she’s never too hot.
