I want to move soon, got a new house lined up but they will contact my current agents for a reference tomorrow.
Issue is I need the reference before I move out as I want to effectively rent both places for a month to give myself time to move? Do estate agents give references before the tenants have moved out/final inspection?
I have rented this place for 10 years so I can't remember how things work!
