As my new NC says I am nearing 40 and I’ve started to realise for I’m really starting to look tired and weary (I feel it too!).
It doesn’t help since having Covid in February I’ve had some sort of bug ever since. Add on three young children and a business to run.
I am taking vitamin C, folic acid (I’m newly diagnosed anaemic) and vitamin D, walk for at least half an hour a day and have a good skin care regime but I must be missing something.
I do need to lose about a 1.5 stone / 8kg but it’s slow I eat too much and don’t exercise enough. And I need to give myself a little more self care time.
Does anyone have any advice?
