Good swimsuits for taller ladies!

I’m not massively tall - I am 5 foot 7 but I have a long torso and shorter legs. Means most tops are too short and jeans are often too long.

anyway, swim suit ideas? I’m also pretty curvy 18/20 sort of size in Swimsuits but not overly big on the bust

i am fed up of buying swimsuits that I use once then hate. I bought a half price one from Sainsbury’s last year on a whim. Stupidly didn’t try it on and it was not long enough to feel comfortable!

I am also considering a tankini.

any suggestions?

not many shops near me so have to order.

usually dp takes the kids with swimming with his mum so I don’t go but I would like to start going more!

Landsend do long body swim suits. They are great and i wear them all the time. They often have offers on so only buy in the sale!!

Next also have a "tall" range of swimsuits and the selection is pretty good.
I'm told ASOS have a tall range as well but I've never looked to see what they have. I like the Next range though because they bottom of the swimsuit actually covers my arse cheeks and I don't need to have my cervix waxed for the front part!

I always get a gap in the middle with tankini s.

I've recently bought this one from Next - Magisculpt by Simply Be in the longer length. I'm similar height & a sz22 & the cross fabric means you can make it a bit longer.

Stumbled upon this thread while searching for a swimsuit that fits a taller / longer body. I was tired of what LTS had to offer and have been disillusioned with their quality for some time.

I ordered one of the long length swimsuits from Landsend and it arrived today - I’m thrilled that it fits. I’m 6ft, size 16 and have equally proportioned legs / body. The Landsend long length fits me perfectly and I’m beyond happy! The quality is also very good with a decent thickness of material to keep me feeling covered up and secure.

Thank you for the recommendation. I hope someone else reads this thread in the near future and finds it as useful as I did.
