Legoland after adenoids out

My DD (3.5) had her adenoids out yesterday. My DP wants to take her to Legoland for the day on Monday. I think this is ridiculous as she's been told to have a couple of quiet days. AIBU?

It’s a bit soon.

My son felt really tired for a good few days after he had his out, it was the anaesthetic more than anything. She needs to rest.

Way too soon…! 😳 Needs a few days of quiet rest I think!

We were told DC needed to be off school for 7 days due to increased risk of infection after adenoids removal so I don’t think this would be a good idea.
