Everytime I stand up I feel dizzy/light headed and nauseous. Fine sitting or lying down. Am also cold. Have eaten a bowl of cereal for breakfast, with coffee, had 2 pints of water and then a well-salted portion of lasagne for lunch so not hungry or dehydrated. Lying down again 🙄 This is not how I thought I'd spend my Saturday, I've got things I want to do. Any tips or do I just shelve all plans and wait for it to pass?
