I'm going to Luxembourg for a short break on Monday. Hand luggage only on the plane and I'm struggling with what coat to wear. The forecast is dry with some sun and temps in the low teens but the 'feels like' prediction is s few degrees lower. Will I need a full length coat or can I get way with a windproof but unlined rain jacket?
