Any tips for eliminating carpet beetles?

Now that I know they’re not small brown ladybirds!

They’re in two of the bedrooms. I get rid of them if I see them on the window sill and vacuum thoroughly. Is there anything else I can do?

You could go with the pet flea/insect spray. Close the doors leave the doors shut and vacuum after a few hours

Vacuum right up to the skirting board with the crevice tool and under the bed. Never put clothes you have worn back in the wardrobe.
