If you have a cleaner, how many hours do they do and what does it cost?

And I guess for context, is your home a 2 bedroom or 4 bedroom, ie some general guide on what size the place being cleaned is?

What tasks do they do?

Does anyone get a deep clean in addition to somebody coming every week or fortnight, to do the bigger jobs that don't need doing every week?

No idea how this works, but if I ever manage to work full time (I am chronically ill but it's a long term goal) I think we would need to get a cleaner.

2 hours ish per week, £15/hour.
5 bedroom, 4 bathroom plus 2 lounges, large kitchen/diner and a study, but usually only 3 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to clean, as the others are currently unused.

Hoovers throughout, mops all downstairs, cleans bathrooms. Fills any spare time with dusting or other tasks as she sees them. I clean the kitchen surfaces daily and keep doing small jobs in between.

Every few months, when I ask her, she will arrange to deep clean room by room over a few days and I just pay her hourly rate for as many hours as she needs.

3 bed cottage. 3 hours a week costs £60 a week. Well worth it tbh

3 bed semi. 2 hours a week costs £30. Hoovering, mopping, dusting, cleaning the bathroom. In this house you could always do more but at least it helps it to stay relatively ok.

3/4 bed semi. £31 for two hours (although it's through an agency and they often send 2 cleaners for 1 hour, which suits me fine as they get more stuff done eg it takes them less than half the time to make the beds doing it together).
They hoover and mop, clean bathroom and loo, and clean kitchen. Will make the beds if I ask them and leave out the clean sheets for them.
I will occasionally ask for a deep clean and pay extra for them to stay longer but tbh with them coming weekly it's rarely necessary. When I used to have them coming fortnightly or more irregularly then the deep cleans were more needed, as I am a slattern and wouldn't do much cleaning myself inbetween! But now they come weekly and keep on top of it all.

4 bed house, 2 bathrooms. £55 for 3 hours. Although two come at once so they are only here for 1.5 hours which I find to be great, as they come on a day I work from home so it means less disruption. I think £55 is pretty expensive but I hate cleaning, so.....

She's supposed to do two hours once a fortnight. But she direct do the full two hours.

Doesn't. She's also just pug her probe up to £17 an hour. Not happy about that.
