We need a new car. Don’t know what to get quite honestly. It needs to be reliable for long trips up and down motorways but also good for city driving. It needs to have space for stuff in the boot and also three seatbelts in the back. We have a petrol car at the moment which is frightening thirsty and expensive to run. Previous car was diesel and great for long journeys , but the particulate filter kept clogging up when not being used for long runs.
I have noticed the Forester in car parks and it looks great. Anyone got one? What are the pros and cons, particularly the hybrids?
Other options are Toyota Rav 4, Honda CRV or Ford Kuga.
