Can anyone help me find an advert from, possibly the 2000s

I’m looking for an advert that used to be on tv a lot, but maybe 20 years ago. I thought it was for Stella

I think it was set in the past, not in the uk, and there’s a man who does lots of people favours. I think I remember some sheep, maybe building a roof in the rain, and possibly a nun?

Then in the evening he goes into a bar and all the people he’s helped are there, and someone (all of them?) offer him a drink, and he says (maybe) ‘Stella Artois’ and they all melt away or ignore him because it’s so expensive.

I’ve been searching for this flipping advert for two hours. Can anyone help
me find it? Or even remember it?

Oo t hat sounds very familiar! But I don’t know what it’s for, but it does seem very like a Stella ad. Altho I think maybe kronenbourg 1664 did some similar ads? Might be worth a look? Or you’ve conflate£ two ads.

Oh, what an unlocked memory! I think it was for Stella too- didn’t they use the Jean De Florette theme a lot in the 90s?
