Diagnosis help gastro something?

Firstly i should say I've been to my gp about this and will ring them again this morning, i just feel that my gp and i need a little guidance so I'm looking for anyone who recognises these symptoms and has a clue what this might be.

4 times now since November I've had a feeling that starts with being mildly aware that i feel v full, it's a gentle feeling, at least an hr or more after eating, gets to the point where i want to undo my trouser button but still no discomfort. 1st time, within seconds of being aware of feeling full i was then on the floor for 10 min, thought i was having a heart attack but too painful to do anything about it, then suddenly it was gone. 2nd time was v like this too. Scary but short.

3rd time it went on for an hr, in pain, couldn't get into a comfortable position so i was dramatically shifting about, my breathing was laboured, i had cold hands and feet but sweating, afterwards i felt I'd run a marathon and felt floored the rest of the day. As the pain is very near where i think the heart is i phoned my gp to ask the difference between some kind of gastro issue or a heart attack. I have some risk indicators in my family for heart disease so they sent me to A&E. Annoyingly A&E did the ecg, and the nurse doing it said she wasn't allowed to tell me anything but that she could see something had occured, but it was several hours later before i got to see the dr and he dismissed me saying it was a stomach bug, and i was too tired to ask more.

Went to the GP for follow up and she ordered bloods and another ecg as the work done at A&E hadn't been uploaded. I then had to be away for a bit, but the ecg hadn't been uploaded to my record.

Last night i had this again. I took anout 6 antacids over the course of the 1 couple of hours, It was an hr of intense unsettling pain under the sternum, then I kind of dramatically vomited towards the start (i felt in no way queasy or nauseated so it was a surprise) and had a bowel movement, felt mildly better but still in pain, and then a milder level of pain fluctuating with increased pain went in for several hrs. I took some aspirin towards the end and it greatly reduced the pain further still.

Like i said, I'll ring my gp in a bit. But has anyone any clue what this is. I'm desperate not to experience it again.

Gall bladder??

I get oesophagial spasms sometimes and they do feel like the start of a heart attack. But I've had no bloating or vomiting, just pain in centre of strenum and jaw.

Sounds like biliary colic due to gallstones

I don't think it's gall stones as the location doesn't fit, but the hiatal hernia and oesophagus spasms look to be in the right area, thanks again.
