Retractable washing line recommendations

As per the title, new house with no where to put a washing line in the ground so looking at retractable options but there are so many about!

I bought this one off Amazon in 2016, still going strong, no complaints. It's by a company called minky apparently

I’ve got a Brabantia one that you fix to a wall and it pulls out to a whirly type. It has a cover when not in use, so it’s unobtrusive. They’re expensive though now. Mine’s quite old.
