What day is better to visit, a Saturday or a Sunday? I'd much to prefer to go midweek but due to work we're unable to.

We have a three year old and plan to go in June, does anyone have any tips for this?

It will be busy either way but it's always better when the weather isn't so good. I go straight to the back of the park (submarine ride is also a must for me!) this helps a bit with queues. I do ice cream or even full on lunch in the queues if they are really long. Have fun, it's great

Maybe as schools go back Monday, Sunday might be quieter?

That was my thought process but wasn't sure it'd be correct 🤣

It’s usually always busy but later afternoon it starts to get quieter as people start to leave.

We go a lot as we are local and I’d suggest take plenty of snacks and drinks as choice is either limited or expensive, and you can still buy fast food meals if you wish; if you still have a stroller consider taking it as there is a lot of walking to do and little legs can get very tired, plus you can stash your stuff underneath it; if it’s a very warm day take swimsuit & towel for DC as the Duplo water park is good fun; don’t go in the big Lego shop near the exit unless you intend to buy something for DC - there is so much choice but don’t expect bargain prices.

My tip would be to take a packed lunch/picnic.
When we went last summer the food places were either half closed or absolutely rammed busy. The food choices were also poor and over priced. So if I went again I'd take sandwiches etc for us instead of wasting hours queuing and waiting for getting food.

Go when you can get the adult and preschooler package, usually midweek, not school hols. It saves a fortune. Then spend the saving on the reserve and ride passes. The basic one that’s £15-20 pp is fine and it’ll queue in real time but instead of standing there with a whinging 3YO you can use the time for the playgrounds, shows, an ice cream stop, the littler rides. And take a picnic. The food is disgusting.

Take a day’s holiday?
we had passes for years weekends are really busy both days and 3 year olds are not good at queuing.
