Anyone done a yoga retreat?

I'm not great at yoga but I love the idea of a calm, blissed out break.

I've been eyeing this one but worry I've underestimated how challenging yoga will be!

Yes. Google Sweetyoga. Justine does wonderful retreats in the UK and Portugal. Yoga aimed st all levels and (for the Portuguese ones at least) she and her husband cook fantastic meals. Highly recommended (and I'm not related).

Oh thank you very much. I will do more research and comparison.

All seem welcoming for beginners.

Yes, Last year Salt Spring Centre and recently one too. It was so peaceful. It gives you the chance to relax in a peaceful setting and get in touch with your inner self. Consider the advantages of pranayama (breathing techniques) for overall wellness. Keeping in mind that yoga is a personal path, retreats frequently welcome participants of all skill levels. I love to travel and I have done some retreats myself. From what I learned, The important thing is to take breaks as necessary and pay attention to your body. And going on a wellness retreat helps us to embrace ourselves on another level. Take some time off, book a resort, plan a tour, anything. You must try this!
