Are you able to help me fix my wobbly dining table?

I’ve got this dining table and chairs set. It may be tacky as hell but it’s very compact and suits me just fine.

However the table is wobbly. All the rubber bungs have come off all four feet and I don’t know if this is a factor. (I bought the set second hand when I didn’t have much money.)

How would you fix it? I wondered about taking it apart and screwing it all back together again - I’ve got a screwdriver although it was assembled when I bought it. Google suggested sticking a thin layer of cork to one foot but I’m not sure how as the ends of the tables are like cut-off pipes now as the rubber tips are not there.

Can a practical minded mumsnetter suggest what I could try? This wobbling is vv annoying.

TIA

Is it wobbly like the legs are uneven so it rocks from foot to foot, or wobbly like the legs arent attached very well and they are individually loose.

Thanks for reply. Wobbly like the legs are uneven.

The legs are all attached together as one piece of metal with an integral shelf(!)

If you look on the pictures on the amazon link you might be able to see? (I took a look and learned that the shelf is for wine bottles 🍷hadn’t realised this(!))

You need to use a "shim" which is a little wedge you can place under one or more legs to make it stable.

Best thing to make them out of is a wine cork. Just slice a little disc off the cork to the thickness required. (This is what we used to the in the restaurant I worked in if one of the tables was wobbly.)

It will just need 4 new rubber bungs. You can buy them off eBay or Amazon.

Get something like this from Amazon.

If still uneven then add something inside between the leg and the protector to even it up. Even a piece of cardboard would do.
