Does anyone remember this program/ what it was called (or did I dream it)?

I think it was on C4 about 5-10 years ago. Looking at the lives of gifted children around the world I think.

There was a young boy whose DP worked at Oxford and he was writing a series of successful novels with his DM

There was I think an American religious family who lived remotely with their multiple gifted children and the prog. showed them having a party and giving gifts after one or more of them had passed a test, possibly for Mensa?

A teenager from Japan who was a piano prodigy and very academically capable

An English boy who lived with his dad and gran I think and was a chess whiz, dad kept falling out with the council about homeschooling?

Another English boy who lived in London and met with philosophy lecturers as one of the universities

A younger Scottish boy whose DM was very practical re science education and I seem to remember they disected a rabbit that had been hit by a car?

I was just idly wondering how the DC grew up and thought I'd have a google, but could not remember the name of the show.

Can anyone help?

I do remember this! It wasn’t Child Genius.

I remember one family with a whole heap of “gifted” children and one of the younger kids was obsessed with maps (didn’t realise at the time but that screams autism). They spoke about feeling like they had a duty to have a large family because their kids could do so much good for the world - cure cancer etc 🙄

Cant remember the name though, sorry! I have a feeling it was more than ten years ago.

It WAS called Child Genius but it came before the other Child Genius series where kids were in competition with each other.

I remembered that one of the kids was a Minghella:

I remember this show. Some of the kids were clearly better-adjusted than others. The Grafton-Clarkes were a very odd family.
