Can't stop having recurring dreams

I sleep really well but I have the same recurring dream every night!

The nightly dream is being back in school doing my A Levels (10 years ago) and forgetting to revise / being late for an exam. This was definitley the opposite in real life, as my whole being was centred on studying during that time.

The weekly dream is the common teeth falling out, which feels so real and makes me queasy. I'm always catching the teeth in my hands when they fall out of my mouth, it's horrible!

Would love to know if anyone else is going through the same thing, I've been on Citalopram for a year and have wondered if that has played a part.

I have a recurring dream where dh has left me out of the blue and I'm trying to contact him etc. Then about 9/10 I read about a death on the news the next day.

For years I had the same variation of a dream about passing exams ,I'm nearly 50 now but I used to dream I was still doing my Maths, GCSE ( I never passed it )and I was supposed to.do.the exam with no revision or preparation ,I also had a dream for quite a few years after qualifying as a nurse that I was taking my last assignment and didn't know wether I had passed or not ,it was always when I was a bit stressed
I also regularly have a naked in public places dream ,where I think it's absolutely fine untill.i.realise everyone else is dressed 😂

I sometimes have a dream that the job I had an interview for in my late teens and turned down is now mine, has always been mine and they are expecting me to start asap. It's SOOOO stressful.

Ditto teeth falling out, once I dreamed part of my jaw bone fell into my hand with teeth attached. That was grim. I also have the 'trying to find somewhere to pee but all the cubicles are missing doors' sometimes also while naked. Awful.
