Tell me about energy prices, please.

So that's it, my DD has just gone up to £200 a month. I'm now having to use my disabled child's DLA to feed us all.

We have all the help we qualify for etc. Is this it? Or will prices go down? (or god forbid up even more)

How does the direct debit compare to your usage?
You should theoretically use less gas over the next few months so hopefully your payment will reduce at some point

Its pretty spot on to be honest. I give monthly readings and my last two annual statements matched real usage.

The only way to reduce what you pay is to reduce usage. There aren't any cheap fixes at the moment. Have you tried speaking to your energy provider?

The prices have just dropped so hopefully it won't be for long. It's brutal.
