Bloody Birthday cards online!

I have tried a total of 10 times across 3 different sites to send my Brother a birthday card. If I was asking for a cure for cancer I could understand how hard it would be!

Every site freezes and I have lost count with Funky pigeon, the number of times it asks me to personalize a message which I had and saved it! then it goes on to asking me to do a video. I press no thanks and apparently that is not an option! I then go through the whole rigmarole again and again. I have given up now and hope his card will get there for Thursday by post without their (lack of ) help!!!

It is the little things that piss me off!

Is there an issue with your Internet if you're having this across diff sites? I use the moonpig app on my iPhone - could you try that?

I did try the app. Just as useless. Bored now! Given up!!

Just wondered if anyone else has similar issues. I tried on my phone and on work computer. It freezes.

I have just sent my friend an e-card from Moonpig with no problems. She received it straight away

I use moonpig loads, the website and the app and have never had any issues

I've never had any issues with moonpig or funky pigeon and I use them a lot

I use them all the time and never had an issue.

The problems here are either your internet connection, your computer/phone being old and/or malfunctioning or you not knowing how to use them.

I really like Thortful cards - always excellent.

Scribbler has always been fine. Some quirky cards there, too!
