My experience with the NHS as a female has been that of being dismissed and never apologised to later when staff are proven wrong. They don't seem to want to find out what is physically going on and seem to jump to a primary mental cause, leaving me physically sick.

What really gets me is that primarily physically sick people get called primarily mentally unwell and left physically sick. Then you see those who think they are claiming to be trapped in the wrong body or non-binary must be affirmed including endocrine and surgery medical treatment.

So what happens now with all the increasing NHS budget and reduced taxation from an ageing population, along with conversion therapy bans? AI therapy on an affirmation models telling them they require an endocrine appointment and booking in surgery for these people?

What happens to physically sick people, constantly affirmed that the GP can't make mistakes and they are primarily mentally ill, given inappropriate treatment via an AI app, mental health drugs and blocked from tests and treatment they really require, so leaving them them physically ill and induce mental health issues they never had to begin with from the medical gaslighting? For example Underactive thyroid, antidepressants won't fix the primary physical health issue?

I can see so many issues with this. What happens if there is a bug or virus in tbe system they can't quarantine that! I don't think AI will become salient. Can an AI model take a hypocritic oath?

The wellness industry’s risky embrace of AI-driven mental health care

If left unregulated, AI-based mental-health solutions risk creating new disparities in the provision of care as those who cannot afford in-person therapy will be referred to bot-powered therapists …
