I’m trying to live a healthier life as one of my 2023 resolutions and so far I’ve managed to get the exercise part down but the food part is a struggle for me. I’ll admit that I’m a picky eater and weird textures tend to freak me out 😂 I also do love a bit of chocolate which I’m trying (unsuccessfully) cutting down on. Does anyone have any good meals or snacks

I'm a chocoholic but I've managed to lose 2 stone since January and hoping to lose another 2. It's hard but I think the key is to go slow and steady and don't be too strict with yourself. Best to have the odd treat here and there whilst still cutting down, rather than going full on and risking a binge. I have Fibre one bars or Skinny Whip bars when I'm craving something chocolatey but if I really want to indulge in something,I will have it. Then it's a conscious decision, rather than gorging for the sake of it. I've had a few bits of chocolate today and am going to eat my Easter dinner, but tomorrow I'll get right back on it.
