To ask your easiest holiday abroad recommendations with young kids?

We have 7yo, 5yo & 3yo. Never taken the kids abroad as it hasn't sounded like fun but have recently taken the kids to butlins and loved having everything on site and having all food included so wondering if something similar abroad would be less stressful than self catering in the UK for our 2024 summer holiday. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Ideally looking for;
Within a 4 hour flight away
On/very close to a beach
Child centered swimming pools with splash pads etc
Playgrounds
Activities for kids (but not drop and go clubs)
Fairly decent all inclusive buffets.

Can anyone recommend anywhere?

We loved centre parcs Europe. Different company from the UK one. All the activities are loads cheaper and they have a bigger range of stuff to do and the one we went to in Belgium had an indoor beach with a stream and playground.

@Geneticsbunny
Thanks I'll check this out! Is it catered?

Go on Tui or Jet2 and look at All Inclusives in Menorca. Have a look at TripAdvisor reviews, we never go anywhere unless they’re 4 and above.

You won’t go wrong with Menorca. It’s perfect for families. The flight is short, as are the transfers because the island is very small. All the beaches are very clean and incredibly safe.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend a hotel for families with little children because it’s only me and DH who go now.

There was a food court so you can eat out for every meal and I don't think it was all that expensive but it was a while ago. If you take a couple of pasta and sauce meals it would save a bit of money and not involve much cooking. I think you can pay for a babysitter so you could try an evening out one night?
