Is it Scarlett fever?

DS 7 has been exposed to scarlet fever as someone in holiday club had it. He’s been feeling unwell with a sore belly since Thursday and was sick twice yesterday, generally just had a sore belly and feels terrible. No noticeable fever and no sore throat. But tonight putting him to bed I realised he has spots on his belly and back, not loads, looks like the start of chicken pox, but he’s had that before and they aren’t blistering so I think it looks like the early stages of the scarlet fever rash. He’s asleep and normally I’d not consider contacting a doctor as he’s eaten a little and had plenty of fluids. But could it be scarlet fever without a sore throat? Should I be phoning 111 tonight to ask for a prescription for antibiotics to pick up first thing tomorrow or should I wait until morning to phone? I’m assuming it’s still advised to get antibiotics as it was before Christmas.
