Beautiful walks

My Husband and I love walking and good food and are compiling a list for weekends away. We'd love some recommendations of beautiful walks. We live in the North East but happy to heat places we may not have heard of and are regular vistors of the Lake District. Suggestions of pubs with rooms and amazing food would be a bonus!

Have you heard of the Alltrails app? You can search for an area and it will tell you lots of walks to do. There's reviews of most of them from people who have done them so you know which ones to avoid! I use it all the time and it's fab.
