When you go down your list of friends & relatives and realise that none of them have contacted you in months and months.

It’s me that messages each and everyone.

Feeling down today, it’s not often I feel like this. Rare in fact but I’m alone today and just having a look though and it’s hit me hard.

So if I deleted my WhatsApp and messenger and text apps, I know that they would never beep for incoming. Never.

Dont want sympathy. Just a chat about it really.
Anyone else?

Yes I get it. It’s very hurtful when you think about it.

It is what it is.
People are busy with life.
Am I an irritation to them though?
Is that why they don’t bother with me or feel theres no need to say hi every now and again.
