… anyone else just love their bed! It’s really important for my mental health to have a good sleep routine and I now try to be in bed by half ten most nights. I have started to set my alarm even at weekends…. I will lie in, but wake up at roughly the same time each day. I feel so much better than when my sleep was all over the place. For years I suffered with chronic insomnia which started when I was a child.
