What do you think causes my dizziness?

All my life I've had dizziness
It's a strange one.
If I'm waiting for a train and I look at trains moving past me I go dizzy.
If I'm in a shop and the rail moves that makes me feel dizzy
The worst is plane turning -landings on a plane are horrible for me
I have to sit by the window and actually turn my body and look out the window and sometimes close my eyes for a sec
If I'm sat In my seat looking ahead I feel extremely dizzy /hot /sickly
It stops as soon as the plane balances out
When I was younger randomly if I turned over in bed the room would spin
Can't go on rides at the fairground either

Ear issues, vertigo or labyrinthitis perhaps

BPPV menieres labrunthitis or vertigo

I've had them ALL. And I still suffer mild symptoms like to mention especially in some huge supermarkets. Some times when looking right at a junction or other random time it feels like the whole floor rotates.

Labryntitis was the worst and I had it for 6 months and off work. I was hospitalised as I collapsed and couldn't move my head off the floor.

The menieres website explains the difference.

Epley manoeuvre might help. Sturgeron can help with mild symptoms. Prochloperazine when it's more severe.

Good luck and I hope you can get some answers
