In court today

DD ex is in Crown today as he pleaded guilty to breaking restraining order . So today is sentencing. Me and dd keep looking at court listing. Don't even know why. As it does not give details just his name . Hope he gets the biggest sense they can give ... doubt it though.

Hes also Bern charged with stalking but he pleaded not guilty so there will beca trial fir that

My ex was charged with breach of a restraining order and he got fined £150! It was a joke, The police officer in charge should ring you and let you know the outcome or you can call the Court directly and they can tell you.

That's awful. I hope things are better for you now.

He has been on remand for the past 6 ish weeks. I have lost track a bit. So we have to see what happens. But he's also likely to be held on remand for stalking charge . So its very unlikely he will come out today.

I really hope he is held for your daughter's sake. Being stalked is just hell, I had a nervous breakdown over it all in the end and had to be moved away or it wouldn't stop. Until it happens you can't imagine how awful it is. Some people even think you should be flattered that somebody loves you so much!!

I think he will be held. I'm sorry for what you went through. I hope things are better for you now. And you never have to deal with hk. Again.

I really hope your daughter gets some peace from him and is able to rebuild her life, it may seen tough now but it really does get better. I went for CBT after and it help me massively. Big hugs xxx
