Undercooked sausage and feeling grim

I don't know why I didn't stop and think. I ate some sausages that were really soft inside and not very hot. DC took one bite and said the sausage was disgusting and wet.

Thought no more of it but went for a walk and tummy started make huge gurgles and I also felt nauseous. Now in bed feeling sick.

It's not looking good is it??? Although it was 4 hours ago now so maybe feeling a bit icky is it.

Could it be a bit psychosomatic? I hope it comes to nothing.

Even if they were a bit iffy chances are you will be fine. Might be a night of sickness and diarrhoea. If it's not better in 24/48 hrs or it gets really bad talk to a doctor. Usually the sooner it comes on the worse the poisoning.
