Got diagnosed with histamine intolerance and therefore put on a low histamine diet one week ago.
While my symptoms have improved massively in the last week, I am a little concerned that I have unintentionally lost 4 pounds in one week. I don't want to lose any more weight!
Has anyone followed a low histamine diet for 1/2 months and lost a lot of weight as a result? What was your experience? Do you have any recommendations?
