Which canary island for winter sun?

We went to Gran Canaria second week in November last year and it was around 25 degrees and lovely .
We have just got back from there and it was 34-35 degrees as they had a heatwave but want possibly somewhere different this November.
Can anyone recommend anywhere?
We are torn between Tenerife and Lanzarote
Will these be similar temp to GC last November?
We are going for a week/want all inclusive with around £2500 budget
Which areas of these islands will be hotter?
Someone mentioned Cape Verde too

Of all the islands, we've found Tenerife to be the least consistent. We tend to go to Fuerteventura for winter sun, and have always been happy with the temperatures - 30ish with warm evenings in early November.

Wouldn't recommend Lanzarote as it's very windy. Personally prefer Tenerife.
