My DS has just received his new passport through (only took a week from application to getting it) and in his wealth of wisdom signed without checking properly and although he's signed it in black ink, it wasn't with a ballpoint pen. He's now checking on line which is ridiculous as I don't understand why he checked after and not before.
Has anyone used a non ballpoint pen and it's been ok? I don't even remember signing my one, so gonna check later to see what I did.
