Why am I dizzy on a plane?

My head always feels like it's going to explode when I'm on a plane and it's coming into land.
I'm okay when it reaches cruising altitude but as soon as it turns I feel so dizzy.
If I turn my body and look out the window it's not as severe but if I sit straight In my seat it's awful.
I have to always have the window seat
Anyone else ?

Could be any number of things. Your body is naturally hypoxic on a plane so that can cause issues in some people. So can vertigo, dehydration etc.

The abrupt change in altitude could affect you too I guess?
