I have got NHS band 4 DATA analyst admin interview on Tuesday?

Does anyone have any experience of the "excel test?" In this interview 30 min, Excel assessment test.

Please suggest me some questions and answers for NHS band 4 interview. as well as Excel Formula and Pivot table, Chart. I have not done this test before. I am very nervous.

Well on a very basic level - what is a pivot table and how might you use one? If you can't answer that you're not right for their analyst position and instead look for generic admin roles.

I've just recently been on the interviewing panel for a data analyst post in the nhs.

We asked the usual values and behaviours question
How you are able to support the team
We will need to know you can work with excel - I didn't request a test but you will need to know basic excel functions. (If you don't- YouTube and practice it, it's not a big deal).

The use of data supports managing a service so you need to be able to manipulate it correctly. People will be making decisions on your data.

You could talk.about that as well as presenting the data- you'll need good people skills to understand the ask etc
