Cheap short breaks

Georgieporgie29 · 02/04/2023 20:13

Where do you find reasonably priced short breaks for 2 adults and 1 child? Everywhere I look seems to just be based on 2 adults sharing, however, we would like to take out 12 year old child with us.
can anybody recommend anywhere that has offers on these? Thank you.

Loveholidays and holiday pirates are good

NannyGythaOgg · 02/04/2023 20:20

I clicked on a holiday pirates link 4 years ago. I am still getting shit from them - despite blacklisting them and asking them repreated to stop. Would never touch anything from them again.

Have had a couple of good loveholidays breaks though.

Sometimes if you aren't a standard couple it can be cheaper to book flight and hotel separately. For me, travelling alone, it almost always is.

Depends where you want to go but if the U.K. maybe a cottage or an apartment?

Georgieporgie29 · 02/04/2023 20:27

Sorry, yes it was in the uk. Somewhere where we could have a couple of nights away and go out in the day time sightseeing kind of thing. I get regular emails from travel zoo with great deals but it only seems to be for 2 adults, I just wondered if there was somewhere similar where I could add a child in.

would love for it to be abroad but that’s maybe next year so I will definitely keep the other sites bookmarked for that, thank you.

We use booking.com and Airbnb for us and DS. It seems to work out much cheaper to have a full apartment or house rather than a hotel.

Thats great, I’ll have a look there, thank you
