FGS I'm not 15!

I am in fact 51 😆 However, I snogged a man, very publically, in the pub on Friday night. WTF people must have not known where to look.!

He's someone I know quite well and we sometimes have a bit of a flirtation (both single) but AFAIK neither of us have ever had any real romantic/sexual interest.

I didn't even drink that much, my only excuse is that it's the end of term and demob happy, I may have drunk too quickly.

I couldn't tell you who initiated it. One minute it was a quick peck because he was leaving, next it was a proper snog and then he was off to catch his train.

We're both going to pretend it never happened right? And our friends are going to do the same, right?

I haven't seen him since but he did message me about football, as he often does. All normal. There have also been some messages in a group with people who were also there and I saw one of the people there this morning - he was very discreet.

Burying my head and ignoring it all is the right thing to do, isn't it? And being more careful next time we break up!

@Nitebook 100%! DP and I hold it in a bit but have been known to break out a snog now and then in the pub (gin helps here!). We are both late 40's and ridiculously shameless Grin

Haaa! Bloody good for you. Age is but a number OP! Nothing beats a good snog, even if it was a bit of a fumbly drunk one. Here's to many more!

I think he's probably more fwb material than partner material, but I don't think I'd be very good at casual sex.

He is very attractive, in superb shape for his age (a tiny bit younger than me). It feels good to be in his arms - we go dancing together a lot.

Lots of people think he's a player because he gets through women quite quickly (although actually, he been single for all of the 2 years I've been single) but I haven't seeen that. I think he moves from woman to woman looking for love. AFAIK he's never had more than one at a time. I've known him about 10 years.

He's a nice man. Reliable, would definitely be my first call if I was stranded somewhere, but unfortunately doesn't have much substance in the conversation department.

Just go with the flow! whatever happens, happens. Enjoy it whatever it turns out to be. I'd give my right arm for a good snog at the moment, it's been about 20 years since it's happened for me, there's no intimacy in my marriage (let alone sex) so make the most of whatever it turns out to be. You obviously fancy each other!
