Dear wise Mumsnetters in 2020 we bought a brand new Suzuki. We have had major damp issues with it. Suzuki basically gaslighted us, denying there was any problem, despite photographic evidence etc.
I was so annoyed I sent literally, roughly 50 emails to various people. Anyway finally they have acknowledged the problem and are fixing it. However I am still very annoyed, as we saved very hard to buy the car outright, and they have made the joy of a new car awful as it has been broken for the last 2.5 years.
I want them to extend the warranty as compensation for such an unpleasant experience. I know the CEO is Takanori Suzuki, but am unable to find an email address. If anyone has any advice on who to email I would appreciate it so much.
I was so desperate last year, I was even emailing Suzuki motorbikes. I also expect that due to the damp issue the car has likely rusted. It turns put the seal on a speaker was faulty. Any advice grateful received TIA.
