Hey all, I live in a quiet town on a residential road. There’s a man who stands in his garden all day shouting and grunting. I now pray for rain because it’s the only peace. I suspect Tourette’s or some such because of the nature of the sounds, and whilst I am obviously sad for him it’s absolutely driving me nuts. It’s LOUD! Like someone’s being murdered. I ask this in a very small voice, but is there anything I can do? Noise nuisance complaint or whatever with council?
