Hey loves, just after some advice on my menstrual cycle. So before I had my first daughter my periods were fine. Lasted the 'normal' amount of time, not too many symptoms, uncomfortable but nothing unbearable. After my firstborn my periods kind of stayed the same, maybe a little more painful but no major change. I then got pregnant with my youngest - who is 3 on Friday. My periods since she was born have been absolute HELL. Progressively worse over the last three years. The cramps feel like mild labour pains, the pain radiates really strongly through both my back and my lower stomach. Like I've been kicked in the gut, and then again in the back. Three times. With a brick. TMI warning, but my poops are absolutely horrendous, diarrhoea and immense stomach pain. Or it also goes the opposite end of the spectrum and Im constipated AF. I feel sick with the pain, and I am absolutely debilitated, I walk around holding my back like Im about 80. And when I say debilitated I mean it, unless Im curled up in a ball on a lot pain meds I'll just cry. The pain also radiates to my lower pelvis and I commonly get cystitis or a UTI when my period comes around. I bleed through a super tampon and a pad in about 2.5 hours. Basically Im in hell. I know this isn't google, but does anybody have any advice?
